Following up on the overwhelmingly positive response to our original Milk Caramel, we've created ths deeply rich Chocolate Milk Caramel. We simmer creamy Shetler's milk with Michigan beet sugar until it begins to caramelize, then we swirl in bittersweet chocolate, Chinese Five Spice, and sea salt for a thick, intensely chocolaty sauce that's so special you'll be tempted to eat it straight from the jar.
