Our Heirloom Tomato Preserves, perhaps the most versatile and labor intensive we've ever attempted, sold out in a flash last year. We're thrilled to offer this sublime seasonal specialty again this year. Handmade from local Brandywine Tomatoes, this preserve is tangy and sprightly and sweet. Try it on pizza crust with fresh mozzarella and herbs, sandwiched between slices of hearty bread with sharp cheddar and arugula, as an accompaniment to cornbread, or in place of fresh tomato on a winter BLT.
