Yummy! The Chili-Lime Grilling Sauce on Flank Steak is soooo good for tacos! We used your tip to heat the leftover marinade with butter, and then added some sour cream. My husband can't stop talking about it! :)

You're right, Ralph. 400 is too hot for muffins! They should be baked at 350. Thanks for bringing this error to our attention. We've modified the recipe based on your feedback. Sorry you were disappointed and hope you'll give them another try!

Hello,

I made this recipe recently and baked them for only 17 minutes. They were overdone and dry as a result. The oven was recently calibrated. 400 degrees is way to hot to bake muffins for 20 minutes.

Any comments?

Thanks.

It should last around 6 months once opened and refrigerated. This varies, of course, depending on the temperature of your fridge and how long the open jar is left out of the fridge each time you use it. The flavor and color may not be as intense after 6 months as in a freshly opened jar, but the product should still be safe to consume.

You can find out the shelf life of any product in the shop area of our website: click on an individual product and then use the link to "nutrition information," which gives the unopened and opened shelf life.

We got ours at a local housewares store, but they're also available at big box stores like JoAnn Fabrics or Bed Bath & Beyond. And, of course, Amazon.com.

You could also use a small and large round cookie cutter to achieve a similar effect or, if you had tiny shaped cookie cutters, use them to cut out the center of the rounds.
