- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cut ribs into 3 - 4 rib sections. Soak briefly in tepid, salted water for about 10 - 15 minutes. Remove rib sections from water, peel off the outer membrane and cut off any fat.
- Lay ribs in a large roasting pan and coat generously with American Spoon Foods® Pineapple Chili BBQ sauce.
- Bake at 325°F for 2 - 2½ hours. You may add more sauce during the last 15 minutes, if desired.
