  • 4 avocados, pits removed and flesh sliced and scooped from the skin
  • ¼ cup American Spoon Chili Jam
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
  • kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 thick slices seed bread, toasted


  • 1. Fan the avocado slices out over each slice of toast. Spoon on a few dollops of Chili Jam, about 1 tablespoon per slice.Drizzle each slice with about 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, and a smattering of sliced green onions.
