- 4 avocados, pits removed and flesh sliced and scooped from the skin
- ¼ cup American Spoon Chili Jam
- 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- kosher salt
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 thick slices seed bread, toasted
- 1. Fan the avocado slices out over each slice of toast. Spoon on a few dollops of Chili Jam, about 1 tablespoon per slice.Drizzle each slice with about 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, and a smattering of sliced green onions.
