- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the preserves, dried cherries, and nuts just enough to soften the jam and make it easy to stir to incorporate the dried fruit and nuts.
- 2. Place the brie in a small skillet or on a baking tray. Spoon the preserves mixture over the brie and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is very soft and warm. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a little fresh thyme and sea salt. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
