  • 3 Hass avocados
  • ½ small white onion, minced
  • 1 serrano chili, seeded and minced
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons American Spoon Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
  • Kosher salt and lime juice to taste
  • Tortilla chips to serve


  • 1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pits and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Lightly mash the avocados, leaving a chunky texture. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Taste and season with salt and fresh lime juice. Garnish with a drizzle of Roasted Tomatillo Salsa and serve with tortilla chips.
