  • ½ pound smoked salmon
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ cup American Spoon Whole Seed Mustard
  • 4 thick slices seed bread, toasted


  • 1. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over each slice of toast. Drape the smoked salmon over the cream cheese and tuck the cucumbers gently into its folds. Garnish each toast generously with a tablespoon of Whole Seed Mustard.
